Natural Life Culture

Retreats / Bali

Bali, about 1–8 May 2027

Seven nights in Ubud or Sidemen. A small group, a partner yoga teacher, vegetarian food, walks, and one day with the phones away. Land only — you book your own flight.

The week

This is the first Natural Life Culture retreat. It is co-hosted with one partner yoga teacher or wellness group leader. They lead the yoga and meditation. A Natural Life Culture host is on the ground with the group and looks after the moving parts.

The venue will be in Ubud or Sidemen. We have not locked a house yet. The exact place, and the final version of the walks, will be confirmed before anyone is asked to pay.

The itinerary below is a sample, so you can see the pace. It is not a minute-by-minute promise.

Before you join the list

You need your own travel insurance for the whole trip, including medical cover and cancellation. We do not sell insurance and we do not recommend a particular policy. We will ask for your policy number before departure, once a booking exists.

Check the Australian Government’s Smartraveller advice for Indonesia before you decide to travel. Visa and arrival fees are your own, including the e-VOA and the Bali tourist levy.

The optional sunrise trek depends on fitness. The rest of the week is gentle to moderate: yoga, walking, and a lot of sitting quietly. Tell us about injuries or access needs in the form and we will say honestly whether the week will work.

Meals are vegetarian, in an Ayurvedic style where the kitchen cooks that way. This is a wellbeing week, not medical treatment.

Leave your name if you would like to hear when bookings open for this Bali week. We will email you. We will not charge your card, and we will not treat this note as a booking.

When bookings do open, the planned schedule is a A$250 deposit, then A$1,000 within 7 days of the trip being confirmed, then the balance 60 days before departure. Those terms will be in writing before you pay anything. If the trip does not reach 8 guests, the deposit is refunded in full.
