Natural Life Culture

Partner with us

You lead. We run the trip.

Natural Life Culture co-hosts small retreats with people who already have a community. You bring the guests and teach. We design the week and handle the suppliers, the logistics, the bookings and the payments.

Who this is for

Yoga and Pilates studios

Owners and senior teachers with a class list people actually read.

Meetup organisers

Hiking, meditation or mindfulness groups with members who already show up.

Ayurveda practitioners

Practitioners and naturopaths with clients who would travel for a week of routine, food and rest.

Creators

A Melbourne newsletter, podcast or Instagram that your readers trust enough to leave the city with you.

A good first partner has a few hundred people who pay attention, has not run a retreat before (or did not enjoy the admin), and will mention the trip at least weekly for about eight weeks. We are looking for one Melbourne partner for the May 2027 Bali retreat, and we will keep a short list for later trips.

What you do

  • Talk about the trip in class, by email, on socials, and at an info night
  • Lead the yoga and meditation on the trip
  • Help us understand who is coming, including fitness and what they are hoping for
  • Hold your own teaching or professional insurance for teaching overseas

What we do

  • Design the itinerary and contract the venue and local suppliers
  • Build the trip page, take bookings and payments, and issue the terms
  • Hold the insurance, the supplier contracts and the plan if something goes wrong
  • Host on the ground, and handle guest messages, refunds and the health questionnaire

How the money works

Guests pay Natural Life Culture. We are the seller, and our booking terms apply. You are not asked to put down a venue deposit or to chase payments.

The starting arrangement is a place on the trip for you — flights, room and meals — plus a fee for each paying guest. We agree that fee in writing before you promote anything. If you have run retreats before and want to set the guest price yourself, we can talk about a different split.

A trip goes ahead only when at least 8 guests have paid. If it does not, guests are refunded in full and you have not been left holding a venue contract. The planned go/no-go date for the first Bali trip is 29 January 2027.

The written agreement covers roles, the fee, the minimum group, cancellation, your insurance, and who owns the guest list. We do not publish a dollar figure here, because it depends on the group and the venue quotes.

Tell us about your group

A short note is enough. We will reply by email, and we can arrange a call. This form is an enquiry, not a contract.

We use this only to reply. No payment is taken on this page.
