• Joining a retreat waitlist or registering interest (name, email, phone, city, group size, and anything you choose to tell us)
• Sending a partnership enquiry (name, email, phone, organisation, the kind of practice you run, and a note about your group)
• Using the contact form, or emailing or calling us
• Submitting a wholesale inquiry on the earlier food pages, if you still use them (business name, contact name, email, phone, ABN, business type)

We may also collect non-personal information via website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To reply about a retreat, a waitlist or a partnership
• To reply to other messages you send us
• To respond to wholesale inquiries on the earlier food pages, if you still use them
• To comply with Australian legal and regulatory requirements
• To send further news only where you have agreed to hear from us, with a way to unsubscribe

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Our website uses HTTPS. Retreat, partner and contact forms are emailed to us through Resend when that service is configured, or forwarded to Formspree when that is configured instead. If neither is configured, the form is not stored and asks you to email us yourself. We do not ask for passport or health details on these forms. If a trip goes ahead, we will tell you separately what we need and why.
