A train travelling through tea country in Sri Lanka

Destinations / Coming soon

Sri Lanka

South coast

The sample Sri Lanka week is based on the south coast, around Ahangama, rather than a packed tour of the whole island. The point is the same as Bali: one place, a daily practice, and time outside.

A tea-country or rainforest walk can sit inside that week. The photograph on this page is tea country, not the coast, and it is here as a picture of the island rather than a confirmed stop.

We have not set dates or a price. The south coast is busiest from about November to April, and quieter from May to October.

No departure is scheduled. We will publish dates only when a partner and a venue are real.
